looks like the Hulkster is at it again with

Well it has been a spirited start for many with (all) domains snapped up left
right and centre and its own cottage industry starting, domains and links for
sale, charity pages looking for help and probably the people that really know
what they are doing going very very quiet, some people are building hotels. Does a page have to be pretty to rank well, does it have to
be linked to from heaps of high PR backlinks, does it have to be old, does it
have to serve a purpose? When will google show
results for the search term?
